Wrist guards can be worn with light, medium, and firm support. Each pair comes with dense foam inserts that can be used in the built in pocket to increase support. For light support use no inserts, for medium support use the thin foam inserts, and for firm support use the thick foam inserts. Great for activities where the wrists can take extra pounding such as tumbling. Wrist guards are sold in pairs.
