Grip Measuring Instructions
To measure for grip size, measure the hand from the bottom of the palm to the
end of the middle finger.
*If the measurement fits into two different size categories, choose the smaller size*
Be sure to use the correct sizing chart for the Item you are ordering!
Wrist Guard Measuring Instructions
To measure for wrist guard size, measure the circumference of the palm above the thumb.
