  • Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
    Once an order is placed, it’s processed quickly. Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel orders once they are fulfilled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
  • I'm unsure about my size. How can I find the right fit?
    We have very user-friendly sizing guides you can access here. Please note that size and fit are individual preferences. As stated in the sizing chart, if a snug fit is not desired, we recommend sizing up. Consider your athlete’s age when selecting a size to allow room for growth. If you fall between sizes, choose the one that aligns with the most measurements. We recommend prioritizing the torso measurement for the best fit.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Shipping within Canada typically takes 2-7 business days, while international shipping can take anywhere from 7-30 business days, depending on the destination. During checkout, you’ll have the option to choose a faster shipping method if needed.
  • I just received my order and I am not satisfied with the fit. Can I exchange for another size?
    Yes! DNA Performance Wears accepts exchanges please read our exchange policy here.
  • I just received my order, but I’m not satisfied with it. Can I return it?
    Unfortunately, DNA does not accept returns, but we do offer in-store credit. Please review our exchange policy before placing your order. Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.
  • My order says it was delivered but I have not received it yet. What do I do?
    If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please follow these steps: Check around your property – Sometimes packages are left in a secure or hidden location. Wait a bit – Occasionally, deliveries are marked as complete before reaching the final destination. Once your order has left our facility and is in the hands of the carrier, it is beyond our control. Any delays or issues with the shipment are the responsibility of the carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for further updates on your delivery.   • Are your products available in stores?
    At DNA Performance Wear, our high-quality men's and women's gymnastics apparel and accessories are available through our website. We currently don’t have physical store locations, but you might spot us at your next meet! Additionally, check with your local gym as they may carry DNA Performance Wear.
